[Now that those are out of the way, Luke rests his chin in his hand and stares off to the side, lost in thought. The thing he wanted to talk to Ion about... It's been weighing heavily on his mind ever since he heard it. Luke isn't sure what to think of it, or even how to feel about it. There's a sort of happiness inside him, sure, but... he can't deny the hesitation and confusion he feels. So, after a few minutes, he opens up the journal again to ask the general populace:]

[Guy stands and stretches; sitting in the cold made his shoulders stiff.] You've probably already figured out what my reaction would be if he was hurt somehow, but I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and trust that won't happen.
