[Now that those are out of the way, Luke rests his chin in his hand and stares off to the side, lost in thought. The thing he wanted to talk to Ion about... It's been weighing heavily on his mind ever since he heard it. Luke isn't sure what to think of it, or even how to feel about it. There's a sort of happiness inside him, sure, but... he can't deny the hesitation and confusion he feels. So, after a few minutes, he opens up the journal again to ask the general populace:]

[Aaah... She doesn't get it. But Luke can't blame her - she only just found out he's a replica, after all. And... this is better than being turned away for what he is. She's actually defending his right to think of himself as real, insisting that she's still his friend...

He smiles a little, at least happy to hear that. He might not ever think of himself as a truly real person, but he's just... so happy that Miyabi can still consider him "Luke", not "a copy of Asch".]

[Chewing on her lip to keep from saying how stupid he was, Miyabi takes a moment to calm down. She really didn't understand at all, but she should at least be supportive and not yell at him. It's just hard, seeing someone you care about insist on putting themselves down. It's also upsetting.]

Mm....I'm sorry I yelled at you before. I didn't mean anything by it, really. [She sighs.] But please don't feel afraid to tell me anything, okay? You don't have to, if it's painful, but I'll always listen and try my best to understand and help. What you are doesn't change how I think of you...

You accepted me for what I am, right? I'm a lot different from you, but we're still friends.

[Miyabi blinks at her camera, and her own lips turn into a warm and gentle smile once she sees Luke's imitation of Asch. She giggles quietly and just looks at him smiling, taking in the sight. ...No. It wasn't the same, even if Luke tried, it wouldn't be the same as Asch's. They were different]

Hehe...you both aren't exactly alike. Not everything, at least.

[Miyabi laughs. Loudly. Luke, you may be an idiot sometimes, but you're also adorable and certainly touched this girl's heart in very little time. After she calms down, her laughter dying into muted giggles, Miyabi shakes her head.]

Ehehe...not exactly the same, but very close! Hehe...Luke? [She smiles, taking a moment to consider if she should say what was on her mind or not. Mm, maybe not spoken but... Miyabi grabs her brush and writes, in elegant characters--]

[And Luke was just about to go for an ANGRY FACE when Miyabi wrote that. And that... is a language he doesn't understand. So, he lifts his hand to let his bangs fall back in front of his face and blinks.]
