[Now that those are out of the way, Luke rests his chin in his hand and stares off to the side, lost in thought. The thing he wanted to talk to Ion about... It's been weighing heavily on his mind ever since he heard it. Luke isn't sure what to think of it, or even how to feel about it. There's a sort of happiness inside him, sure, but... he can't deny the hesitation and confusion he feels. So, after a few minutes, he opens up the journal again to ask the general populace:]

This idiot hasn't stopped questioning himself since he found out what he was. As if questioning it again and again will ever make the answer any different!

I'm saying it's pointless. There are no answers- because no one knows. Wondering about it, asking about it, is just going to cause more questions. There's enough that he doesn't know already, so what's the use of letting him confuse himself even more?

... but ... what's wrong with asking pointless questions? I mean ... don't people ask about things like that all the time? Everyone wonders about that... what we're here for, why we're alive... He hasn't even figured out what it means to be a replica yet. He doesn't know what it means to be himself! How the hell does he expect to figure out what a soul is when he doesn't understand himself at all?

[Sounds like she's a more complicated replica than most. That bit about Roxas, though... that's hitting far, far too close to home than he'd like to know. Disturbingly so.

And now he finds himself at a crossroad- because what do you say to that, when you don't want to contribute your own side of the story? He remains quiet, giving it some decent consideration.

So... there are others like him. Like Luke. Isofons... or those other replicas... just what does it all mean, in the end?]
