[It's cold. For one who does not like the cold very much, they can be pretty miserable. Luke walks through the village, coat unzipped but crossed over his chest and stomach, with a rather irritated look on his face. Dammit. If Guy were here he'd probably frown at him and zip up his coat before talking to him more...

He glares up at the sky and the little flakes of snow falling from it. He has his journal with him, so he slides it out of his pocket and opens it idly, turning on the video option as he keeps staring up at the sky.]

Damn, this is annoying... It feels like we barely even had fall. [He looks down at the journal now.] Does it ever seem like time's passing by really fast for everyone else?

[And thanks to him holding the journal, his coat's flapped open again. If Xion saw him, she'd definitely zip up...]

[With that realization and idea in mind, Luke hurries over to get by a wall, as if that'll help him plan things with everyone else. Then, after some work, he gets some filters ready.]

A lot of people here know Xion, right? Well, um...

[He remembers Flynn, and how he talked about making Rapunzel's dream come true... Why can't he be as smooth as he was while doing that? There's a little blush on his face and everything... GAH. He'll just clear his throat and keep going. He's already started, so why not?]

Her birthday's coming up on the twentieth. Last time there was a surprise party for her, and I was thinking... Maybe we could do that again this year? Or something like that. October's been a pretty bad month for her. Things are getting better, but... I think she could still use something like the people who care about her celebrating her birthday.

So we could hold it... somewhere. And maybe... sometime before sunset. ... I don't really know how to do any of this stuff.

[... Okay, that one's not so bad, so he'll leave it alone. Still, his eyes are narrowed, as he'd been frowning more and more with her screeching. Guh. He has to teach her how to use these things.]

[And with that, he snaps his journal shut and heads over there. GRAH. Hopefully Van wasn't paying attention during that time.]

[Anise will be sitting in the living room, ready to pounce and drag you in the instant you knock on the door.]

[Which happens about ten minutes later. KNOCK KNOCK.]

[You only have to wait a second before there's the sound of running footsteps and the door flies open. Then there's a certain pigtailed loli enthusiastically dragging you into the house!]

Luuuuke! I've waited for you so long!

Gah - Anise!

[He's starting to have second thoughts about this. But, well... Luke is pretty honest. If he says he'll be there, he'll be there. So, he... gets dragged, and he stumbles slightly before following her, slightly bent from his arm being held, and makes a face.]

It's only been about five minutes. [A little longer than that, but whatever. It's not like he carries a watch or anything.]

No way! I've been waiting forever! [She drags Luke into the living room and shoves him down on the couch, before plopping down next to him.] Now, c'mon! Spill!

[Once he recovers from being shoved, Luke can't help scooting to the far end of the couch, away from Anise, and there's already a little blush on his cheeks. Guh, he feels so cornered already...]

All right already, just... Wh-Where do I start?

At the beginning! Who's this Xion? When did you meet her? What's she like? What's your relationship~? ♥

[She's inching closer....and closer...]

[He leans over the arm of the couch and just... covers his face with one hand. Oh god he's actually having this conversation, isn't he. He can't exactly answer everything at once, so he'll just touch on the most important one.]

Xion's... ahh, she's... j-just - she's my g-girlfriend. [fffff he said that out loud fffffffffff]

You have a girlfriend? For real? [Anise's voice had reached the glass-shattering pitch.] Awww, I guess I'll just have to work extra hard! So, how did you two meet? How did she win your heart?

[And he flinches at that tone of voice. Oh my god do all girls screech like this when a friend gets a boy/girlfriend... Nephry sure didn't do it. Maybe it's just Anise. Yes, that seems like a good explanation.]

W-We, uh... met a while ago. Just a few weeks after I got here... We didn't actually get together until February though. [Yes, they've been together for months and half of the people Luke knows doesn't know. Silly replica.]

How come I didn't know this until now? [Yep, jumping right to that point. You'll never escape her.] Luke, you shouldn't keep stuff from your friends! So, what's she like?

I-It's not like I mean to... It just never comes up. [That and this subject makes him extremely shy, judging by how he still has his face covered and how it's still easy to tell how much he's blushing. Even his ears are a little red.]

She's... [At that, he does slide his hand down a little, until at least his eyes are visible.] ... really nice. She was so friendly right when I met her, and... she just gets me in a way no one else does. [For various reasons, ones which he doesn't feel is right to blurt out to Anise unless Xion's okay with it. He's still blushing, and he's still shy... but talking about her just makes this pleasant look show in his eyes.] She's strong and brave... but she can be quiet and shy, too. And she's got the best smile...

[Anise only needs to take one look at Luke's face and hear the wamrth in his voice to know that she won't have a chance against Xion. Well, not that she ever had a chance in the first place, but it was still fun to pretend. She's glad for you Luke, really.]

[Even if she is a bit jealous. Just a little bit. When would she find someone for herself?]

Then there's no way I'm gonna let you botch up your relationship by throwing an awful party! Just leave it to cute little Anise! ♥

[His eyes dart over, seeing how the rest of him is still hidden under his hand.]

And what're you going to do there? [Seeing how she nearly leaked important information to all of the village...]

[Boooo, so suspicious, Luke.]

What's with that tone, Luke? I know plenty about these things!

[Well, she heard about it a lot from eavesdropping on nobles. That counts, right? Even if she never had the chance to actually put those skills to use...]

[He just narrows his eyes a little before he finally moves his hand away, to wave it slightly at her.]

Look, I'm already gathering a lot of people for it, so just ask them what to do. Is there anything else you wanted to pry out of me? [She had a lot of questions, after all.]

Awwww, you should have come to me first! So, who should I talk to?

[She frowns as she thinks, then grins.] Okay! This is the most important thing! When do I get to meet Xion? I gotta scope out my competition...

[lakjdsf and that makes Luke blush again and turn his head away.]

Y-You'll meet her at the party or something, I guess. I mean, it's going to be for her...

[And to get that away from the topic of Xion herself:] Anyway, you can talk to Sanji or Kairi about it. Sanji's taking care of all the food, and Kairi's the one helping me look over everything.

And that Vanitas guy... He's not my rival or anything. [He sighs, and he looks off to the side. It's still a hard image to get rid of, her so broken and bandaged on the hospital bed...] He nearly killed her once.
