House 5 isn't a home for them anymore- everything that made it one for Asch is gone. It wouldn't be the same to live there, where every day he would expect to find Guy around the corner, or in the kitchen, or in his room to help him pour over the books he'd hoped would save his life. Or to discuss anything and everything on each others' minds that needed to be said.
